Yogurt works very well to calm a kitten's gut, however, the diet you are feeding is very dangerous to their long-term health. Tuna doesn't have the nutrients that cats require for a complete diet. They need omegas which their system can not make for itself.
The more important problem is a diet of rice can lead to them becoming underweight and worse, it causes damage to their vision. Left on this diet they will likely become blind over time. If you can't get cat food at least give them chicken and stop the rice!

Stop the tuna and use boiled chicken and rice.
But if the situtation is so bad, it may not be a nutrition issue, they may be sick, so they may need medication and special care by a vet, or they could have panleucopenia which is fatal if not treated. I do hope this is not the case, and it is just a bad case of diarrhea (all kittens have it once in a while), so feed them the chicken.
Oh yes, and deworming is absolutely necessary, you should be able to find that in a pet store or over the internet.

go to PetSmart and get the beneficial bacteria for Kittens and Puppies called BeneBac that is sold by the kitten formula. Even if they have anything else, including giardia, this is necessary to their ongiong health. Do not do this in place of taking them to the vet. By the way. Why such a limited and unhealthy diet?

How old are the kittens? The rice will probably upset there stomach. You need to take them to a vet or animal shelter to get them looked at, they don't sound very healthy.

Oh no. It sounds like they have geardia. My family fosters kitten for the local animal shelter, so i have see it all...saddly. You can know for sure if they all get diarrhea and start getting really thin, you should take them to the vet...at least that is what I would do!

they could be REALLY REALLY sick or have worms.... i'd try to take them to a vet or at least talk to one on the phone and explain their symptoms and b4 calling the vet take at least one if not all over their temperatures to make sure they don't have fever as well. good luck. i'm not familiar with feeding cats or kittens on that diet they could be lacking important vitamins and minerals.
