It says I have ) answers. But actually I have two and would like more. The question is why did you become a vegan and why not a vegetarian. Vegans do not eat dairy products in case you do not know the difference between the two.

I went vegan because I read it could help with a permanent disability I obtained in the Marine Corps. However, as someone into bodybuilding, I was very conscious of my nutrition as an omnivore, and that didn't change as a vegan. I cram as many nutrients I can into a dish, just like when I was an omnivore. For this reason, I am receiving my appropriate nutrition and can honestly say that I have never craved meat, cheese, or dairy products since becoming vegan (I also became vegan overnight). So my answer to you is to ensure you're actually paying attention to the nutritional profile of your food. When you do this, you won't crave anything. No fake meats, no fake cheeses, just good old fashioned nutritionally sound meals. And seriously, cooking meat smells like rotting road kill now, and dairy makes me want to puke. How the hell can you still crave this? That's how I know you're not getting your appropriate nutrition.

I didn't but my dad did..
Check out Gary Nole.
He's the whole reason my dad started.
He's like a T.V Vegan evangelist.
Kind of crazy if you ask me, but you can find a lot of answers thorough him.
