If this is a web app, there was a problem with Microsoft Internet Explorer version 7.0 that may explain the problem.

You might want to make sure that you update to the latest release of IE 7.0.

There were many security improvements to SP2, so there is some chance that this could affect the solution.

Good luck!

Personally, I havent had any problems with the CS3 suite on my PC. Redownload adobe reader 8. Contact Adobe for tech support.

You might need to run an antivirus program just in case. Goto http://www.openlist.asponge.com for some free antivirus software.

The program is corrupt and you need to remove it. First, try removing it from ADD/Remove Programs. Check the system requirements for your prgram, do a windows update. If you can't remove this way, you need to go into safe mode, and use system restore to take your pc back to the date & time before you installed it.

After restorations is complete, check the system requirements for Adobe CS3, then do a windows update to ensure you have everything up to date, (Use the "Express" recommended ones first, then use "custom". Custom checks for software updates for your particular pc)

Once you are certain your system meets the requirements, and is up to date, re-install your program. RESTART your pc. (be sure not to skip this step)

Go to the control panel , click Add/remove programs
click the Adobe program & click the support
to repaire it and if you still have the problem
Un-install it & when un-installation is complete
try to Reinstall the program but before you
press INSTALL, you have to press the Ctrl key
and don't release before you press INSTALL.
To stop any blocking.
