So I'm out of contact lens solution and for various reasons, I will have no access to get more contact solution tonight. Going to the store or having someone bring me solution is out.

I HATE sleeping in my contacts and my goal, with your help, is to figure out how best to store my contacts overnight.

I do have re-wetting drops though.

So my question (finally!) is: is it best to keep my contacts in water, re-wetting drops, a mixture of the 2, or any other suggestion overnight?

Keep in rewetting solution overnight. Do not put them in again in the morning; get new solution in the morning and soak your lenses in it for at least 6 hours before wearing again.
