The probability of people knowing Martial arts in this category I would say are very high indeed.
Now finding someone that matches your styles may be sometimes harder, but almost all are Martial artists.

there is no "black belt" in kung fu, otherwise (properly known as) CMA or chinese martial arts.
maybe kung fOO is different....
the other two systems you mentioned seem to be correctly labeled but different schools can have different ranking systems.

I study martial arts but I would not say I "know" martial arts.
To say you "know" something is to imply that you have mastered every aspect of it.
Be aware of the words you use.
