a week ago i rode the greyhound for 18 hours to come visit friends. 2 days ago i started noticing a few small patches of bumps on my hands. they dont really itch but they r freaking me out. i am kinda worried that they might be scabies but i looked it up on the net and it said they would itch intensley, plus they looked all red and angry and mine dont really. i dont have money for the doctors and my plane leaves in 2 days. can anyone maybe give me some insight.

Sorry, I read your title and my first thought was greyhound DOG!!!! It was only when I read you rode for 18 hours that I realised!
You say you were on the bus a week ago and th ebumps only appeard 2 days ago.
Chances are they are not related.
Could you have touched some plant or something you are allergic to?
If you don't want to see a Dr, perhaps you could ask the local pharmacist what they think?
