Of course not. a unic is a man with his nuts cut off, he has no desire for sex because he produces no hormones. Have you heard of testosterone? The male hormone that gives men their sex drive. Sex means more to men because It's the way men are made. As men get older their sex drive starts to slow down a little.

I'm not sure that it means more to us. I'm sure for a lot of women it means more. When you break down the aspects of sex, certain aspects mean more than others between the genders. I think intimacy means more to women. When you and your guy are having sex, you know he is there with you and only you for that amount of time (however short it may be) he is yours and you know it. On the other side, I think the physical attraction means more to men. How can you be more physically close to your woman then being inside of her? Its great!

Obvioulsly, men have higher levels of testosterone than women.
There is a direct link between testosterone levels and sexual appetite. This is why both men and women lose some of there appetite as they age. More testosterone is converted into estrogen. So, to answer your question, their is a physical drive which leads to an Psychological drive, even ignoring the social encouragement for men to have multiple sexual partners.

As modern and 21st century as most of you think it is far too simple for the "Men!" explanation. Women are programmed to find a proper mate who will protect and provide as well as produce healthy children and then stick with them. Men are programmed to propagate! "Produce as many offspring as possible with as many mates as available". After 200 years of having modern values pounded into our heads by women, churches and pc advocates there has been some modifications. But the desire is there. Besides, nothing is better than great sex.

I think it has something to do with the fact that they can never have that deep connectedness to another person that women can by carrying a child in her body for nine months and then giving birth...sex is as close as they can get to that level of intimacy, and they instinctively crave to feel that completeness like we all do. That is why sex is so incredibly important to them on a deep psychological level, IMO. They want to feel that incredibly intimate connection.

I think it is because the way women dress is a turn on. And that fuels the drive to have sex all the time. For me its the tighter fit clothes and the contour of womens body that does it for me.

I think so sex means more to men because sex helps men bond to their partners, whereas women tend to see sex more as just an expression of an already strong bond. That is why it means more to them, not necessarily why they want it more. God bless.

Simply the male composition. Look in the history books; can you recall a time when men weren't sexually obsessive? It's in their genes. Testosterone has an effect on their drive as well.

You are generalizing.

Also, in an active sex life women generally have higher sex drive than men.

Sex is important to PEOPLE because the biochemical drive to have it is enormous, and because it is highly pleasurable.
