Nutella is generally not recommended in people with allergy to nuts. Still, according to the Nutella USA FAQ, the peanut oil used in Nutella production goes through a hot-solvent extraction process, which removes its protein content and is thus supposed to make it non-allergenic.

The fact that Nutella contains traces of peanuts has caused it to be banned (in common with other foods that may contain nuts) from school lunches in some schools in Australia where pupils commonly bring a packed lunch to school (ie. schools do not normally supply meals at lunch time).

Ok this does not sound like an allergy, and sure, for some strange reason allergies tend to develop later on in life. But what you explained sounds more like, low blood pressure from postural hypotension which means that your blood pressure is not sufficient and you can experience dizziness, blurred vision and even pass out. If this is uncommon to you, than dont worry but if it persist, go see a doctor.
