Do guys really respect virgins and not mind teaching them.. I'm really inexperienced, I've never done oral or anything..I'm 17 and ready for my 19 yr old boyfriend

I think girls get away better with this. Guys do not mind at all if you're a virgin, perhaps even better so. If you're really ready for it, tell him that you've never done this before, and ask him to guide you.

make sure its for the "right" reasons --- always use protection and if you want to know if he respects you say no ---- personally i would prefer an experienced lady --- she knowa what she likes and wants and we can experiment together
