she should be in her 30's and i know shes puerto rican and mexican. she was born in chicago also.

VERY vague but from what you said i would suggest going to suspected place of whereabouts and ask around to see if they have seen her in the last 5 years or so if she had moved away or any other details...I'm probably not real helpful on this but nevertheless good luck

I'd recommend using a people search engine, such as Yahoo! People Search, to try to find her. Of course, that probably won't work if she is not listed in phone books. Other than that i don't really have any suggestions.
