I rely like this person and i kno the person also likes me, but its starting to annoy me that im always the one doing the calling-i mean the person i like does call me back and everything-but it would just be nice to get a call without me having to call first-should i tell this person how i feel-or just leave it the way it is

Not just yet because it may communicate a message you don't mean to send. If you were a deer hunter you could hardly expect the deer to walk right up to you, or be angry with the process that you had to chase them down. Likewise in this instance you have chosen to pursue this woman, so you can hardly be angry with the "process" of that pursuit (and if you complain about it now, she may "hear" that you don't think she's worth the trouble.) Be glad you're in the game, and play the game the way the game is played.
