1 cor 6:2-3
Do ye not know that the saints shall judge the world? And if the world be judged by you, are ye unworthy to judge the smallest matters?
Know ye not that we will judge angels? How much more things that pertain to this life?

The apostles and saints will do the judging....
Mat 19:28 And Yahshua said unto them, Verily I say unto you, That ye which have followed me, in the regeneration when the Son of man shall sit in the throne of his glory, ye also shall sit upon twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel.

God has delegated the responsibility of judging to his Son, Jesus Christ. (John 5:22-24, 30) But when does that time of judgment start? Who are judged, and with what outcome?

He stated that these mark “the sign” of his invisible “presence and of the conclusion of the system of things.” Matthew 24:3-8. Read these scriptures because his Disciples wanted to know what would be the signs that a person could see happening that would show you that we are in the last days.

At the climax of this great prophecy, Jesus identifies our present time as one of judgment, saying of himself: “When the Son of man arrives in his glory, and all the angels with him, then he will sit down on his glorious throne. And all the nations will be gathered before him, and he will separate people one from another, just as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats. And he will put the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on his left.” Figuratively, all peoples of earth are now gathered before the Judge and are accountable for the way they respond to his message of salvation. When judgment is executed soon at the great tribulation, the disobedient goatlike people “will depart into everlasting cutting-off, but the righteous ones [the obedient sheeplike ones] into everlasting life.”

John 5:22 The Father judges no one, but has given all judgment to the Son, 23 that all may honor the Son, just as they honor the Father. Whoever does not honor the Son does not honor the Father who sent him.

2 Corinthians 5:10 For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, so that each one may receive what is due for what he has done in the body, whether good or evil.

At the Judgment seat of Christ, the believers are judged according to their works, it's more of an award thing, but all that the the born again believer does after his or her rebirth, is to be accounted for.

Then after the one thousand year reign of Christ, God judges the fallen angels, Satan, and all who followed after Satan. this is the second death.

God will judge. He will separate the sheep from the goats. The righteous and the unrighteous. Those that live with Him and those that will be cast into the lake of fire.

We are judged each day by other people. After we die, it doesn't matter. God is just a superstition.
