i wanna work out my biceps but i dont really have the need to make them massive. So i was looking for an exercise that would work out my other muscles but include my bicpes if that makes sense. the only one that i know about atm is the upright rows as that works traps/shoulders and biceps are there any others?

ps if it is an exercise that will work my shoulders that would be great as i need to have stronger shoulders for boxing practice :)

any exercise that targets the back is using the biceps as a dynamic stabilizer and a synergist.

pull ups
chins
bent over rows
pull downs
etc.

they all work the bicep, it's such an easy muscle to stimulate when you train the back heavy. it doesn't take much to finish off the bicep with some direct stimulation with barbells, dumbells or cables.
