i wanna work out my biceps but i dont really have the need to make them massive. So i was looking for an exercise that would work out my other muscles but include my bicpes if that makes sense. the only one that i know about atm is the upright rows as that works traps/shoulders and biceps are there any others?
ps if it is an exercise that will work my shoulders that would be great as i need to have stronger shoulders for boxing practice :)
