Yes, chlorine can worsen psoriasis. The sunshine (in moderation of course) usually is beneficial for p.: some people get better using uv-light therapy. I personally found that herbal cream for psoriasis from http://www.champori.com helps me the best.

Psoriasis is an extreme case of dry skin and chlorine tends to dry the skin and eyes, so it would probably make it worse. If you decide to swim, use a good moisturizine lotion after you swim.

I suppose it can, but swimming in a pool 5 times per week has helped my skin. You can discover the effect of swimming for yourself.
