Put 1 cup of heavy cream in your blender--make sure it is very cold. Add one cup of fine vanilla bean ice cream 1/4 cup at a time as the blender is running--add 1/8 cup of strawberry puree'.
Pour into mug that has been chilled in the freezer.
For chocolate, use dark chocolate ice cream and 2 teaspoons of chocolate sauce.
If mixture is to thick--add a bit more milk and vice versa.

1. pour everything you want in the shake into a tall glass
2. put on some music
3. hold the glass in your left hand (if you are a leftie then hold it in your right hand)
4. shake, shake, shake yourself to the music........ !!
5. keep sippin' and shakin' baby
lo and behold - you did the best shake ever and as a bonus you did a lot of sippin too.

few scoops of chocolate ice cream, some ice cold milk, squeeze of chocolate syrup and a teaspoon of malt powder (this makes it taste old fashioned <3 ) too thin? add more ice cream. too thick? add more milk. top with some whipped cream and an oreo :)
