It's been about a month and I haven't lost a pound. I workout at least 6 days a week and I record everything I eat, double check the calories in a calorie counter book, and still nothing. What's up?

like many dieters you probably made the fatal mistake of both reducing the calories too low and increasing the level of exercise at the same time. this acts as trauma to the body and sends it into starvation mode.
