BRUSH WITH BAKING SODA. AS A MILD ABRASIVE THIS IS VERY EFFECTIVE.

I think only a dentist has the answer. You could try OTC,type aids, but they dont work as well as a proffesional cleaning from the dentist.

get white strips or drink them through a straw so they don't stain.....
