I found a better way, and it only takes 10 minutes morning and same in the afternoon. Simply, you RUN for 8 seconds, slow down to an easy walk for 12 seconds, then REPEAT the pattern. It loses a kilo or more a day. Diet with natural organic hi-fibre foods helps remove fat faster with this method. It is supposed to have been designed by the Canadian Air Force (obviously for flabby recruits like me).
