I found a better way, and it only takes 10 minutes morning and same in the afternoon. Simply, you RUN for 8 seconds, slow down to an easy walk for 12 seconds, then REPEAT the pattern. It loses a kilo or more a day. Diet with natural organic hi-fibre foods helps remove fat faster with this method. It is supposed to have been designed by the Canadian Air Force (obviously for flabby recruits like me).

it's called interval training and it would work much better if you performed the exercise at 100% intensity for 30 secs then 50% intensity for 30 secs and repeat for at least 6 minutes. increase the time by 1 minute each week until you hit 15 minutes.

yes your way is very effective. it's a new trend, HIIT high-intensity-interval traning. it is effective in burning fat and building high-muscle mass. it let's you burn 9 times more calories than you would using the traditional running or jogging. combined with a good diet, it is a very sure way to loose weight and firm up those flabby arms and legs.

but i suggest you don't forget to do warmups, this would prevent any serious injuries.
