my nipples mostly my right hurts so bad it fels like its stinging?

This can be nerve pain. Place a hot towel over the area for fifteen minutes when the pain is severe. This might help relax the muscles around the nerve. if the pain continues see your medical doctor.

are you nursing? If so, it's probably irritation or could be thrush.
If you are not nursing, it could be friction irritation from a shirt or something... did you recently have a shirt that moves across your nipples and no bra??
If it's kind of shooting pains, it could be a serious issue, even as serious as breast cancer, and you need to tell your doctor ASAP
