Song of Songs 4:8
Come with me from Lebanon my bride
With me from Lebanon come
Look from the top of Amana
From the top of Senir and Hermon
From the lions' den
From the leopards' mountains.

Here in the Songs of Solomon there is a progression
Here the Shulamite who is the feminine to Solomon is a type of the Church as the Bride of Christ going through many stages in her Growth and maturity to be Solomon's Bride and Counterpart.

To get to this verse in the Song of Songs we see two stages preceeding this third stage in her experience.

1 The Lover is drawn to pursure Christ for satisfaction (1:2-2:7)

2 She is called to be delivered from the self through the oneness with the Cross (2:8 -3:5)

3 She is called to live in ascension as the new Creation in Resurrection (3:6-5:1)

4 She is called MORE STRONGLY to live within the veil through the cross after resurrection (5:2-6:13)

5 She shares in the work of the Lord (7:11-13)

6 She hopes to be raptured (8:1-14)

At this point in her spiritual journey the Shulamite is called to live in ascension as the New Creation after resurrection. Words like Lebanon - a high mountain, signifying that her position is in the heavenlies in Christ Jesus. She lives in resurrection after passing through all the dealings of the Cross on her inward being. Bring about her transformation

Amana meaning Truth- Referring to all that Christ has accomplished through His incarnation, human living.. death .. resurrection, ascension, and enthronement has been constituted into her being. As the Church we do not live in a shallow way regarding what Christ our Bridegroom has accomplished and what is ours to live by.

Senir speaking of a Soft Armor- This armor is not hard but soft signifying that the enemy satan has been defeated, the war is over, and the victory has been gained. In Christ's ascension we do not need to fight for the enemy has already been defeated.. we wear a soft armor to enjoy our victory in Christ. In ascension Christ transcended above all principalitles and rulers and powers and dominions and is HEAD OVER ALL to the Church!

Hermon meaning Distruction. In Christ's ascension there are the positive peaks of Truth ( Armana) and Victory ( Senir) and the distruction of the enemy Satan ( Hermon) Hallelujah for Christ's ascension!!!

The Lion's den and the Leopard's mountains signifies the heavenlies where satan and his subordinates ( Lions, Leopards) are. The Victory has been gained, yet satan and his evil forces are still there in the heavenlies ( Eph 3:10)
Christ calls us as His lovers to look away from this.. to have our living in ascension.. faaaaaar above the evil powers. We fight satan by being empowered in the Lord and in the Might of His strength, putting on the armour of God, by standing against the strategems of the devil receiving the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit by the Word of God hallelujah! praying always in the spirit for the building up of the Body of Christ and the spreading of the gospel. THIS IS THE REALITY OF LIVING IN ASCENSION. And this is the experience of the Shulamite who typifies the Church in the Song of Songs.. Praise the Lord!

Song of Solomon 4:8 Come with me from Lebanon, my bride; come with me from Lebanon. Depart from the peak of Amana, from the peak of Senir and Hermon, from the dens of lions, from the mountains of leopards.

Leave the "world" behind and join with Jesus on your life journey to the promised land.

Leave Lebanon behind, and come. Leave your high mountain hideaway. Abandon your wilderness seclusion, Where you keep company with lions and panthers.
You've captured my heart with a glance. Come with me!
