I have a 2000 Plymouth Neon with 105,000 miles my oil pressure light comes on when i stop or am braking but when i accelerate it goes off but there is nothing under the car so there is no leak whats the problemo???

next oil change put in a heavier weight oil like 20w50 instead of 10w30 that will raise your idleing oil pressure & keep the light from coming on.

The oil pressure might be low because of clearance in the engine have you changed the oil lately .Use heaver oil .Have some one put a mechanical oil guage an see if it's oil pressure or a oil switch???Raise the idle up a little??

Make sure that the oil is full, if it runs low it will do that, mine does it on hard right turns. Check the level and add oil if needed.

Get your car serviced, the mechanic might know something you don't.
