No, i wouldn't. I ran track all of high school, and it doesn't provide performance benefits. It helps injuries heal faster and you can bandage your legs and remove pain free.

I've known a few cross country guys who have shaved their legs and then became a superstitious ritual before races. But hairy is okay :)

most of the ladies usually do. in any different case leg shaving is fairly lots a swimming / cycling element. sometimes you will see music / XC adult males who do, yet there's no longer seen to be a velocity make the main of it, and that i've got in no way heard of it being needed.

no, you don't have to. and its not a stupid question. i know several guys who shave their legs for crosscountry... kinda like how swimmers do =]

but it is compleatly optional, and most guys don't

it helps if you have shin splints or other injuries, where they cover your legs with tape. but if you don't want to, no one is going to make you--it's totally personal.
