I have drainage down the back of my throat and it makes it hard to breathe. My nose is also inflammed and I have nose bleeds in the morning. The mold index is very high in the area where I live (27,000) Midwest. Please advise.

Take LOCAL honey. It will work with your body to develop immunity to all the air born irritants around you-this includes pollen, pet dander, smog, dust and MOLD. Do NOT take anti histamines or nose sprays for this. They dry out your body and can cause long term damage to your internal organs. Like all herbal remedies, it will take a while to work but you will be satisfied with the results. Local honey is 100% natural and causes no side effects or problems. Please give local honey a chance. You only have one body-take care of it.

I sound like a broken record but I highly recommend having allergy shots. You can take antihistamine and all that other stuff but the only thing that can "cure" allergies is to build an immunity to them.

The process is as follows
1. You go in and they do a prick test on your back or arms to see what you are allergic to.
2. They create a serum with those things in it.
3. You go in every week and get a shot. They start with a very low dose and gradually up that until you reach your maintenance level.
4. After reaching your maintenance level, you will go in once a month and get the shot.

Usually it takes a few years of getting shots for you to build an immunity to whatever it is you are allergic to.

Or you can do the easy thing and take Flonase, Nasonex, Astelin, or any of the other nose sprays out there that might help.
