i met this girl two weeks ago, i am a freshman in highschool and so is she. I think she likes me but im not sure. She gave me her phone number in a strange way... (spanish class, numbers... gave me her number in spanish) We haven't really talked that much. Advise? if i should text her, what should i say?

just keep it casual like. "Hi, how's school going for you? ;) or no smileys if you wanna keep it really casual. depending on your personality.
If you like get to know her, after she replies your text, you can ask her to go coffee/ do a sport together. and just keep it natural and take it from there :)

If you believe "First sight of love", then go ahead and be a brave rookie. Experience makes a person open-minded. I am not saying you have to give all your times and attentions on her.
Oh, by the way, if she is extremely beautiful, you are suggested to take precaution. I am just not sure if she just wants a helper or something.
