I am not being cynical. But a nice thing, I do once in a while to relax is go to a park and take a walk.
It shouldn't be full and be teeming with little kids. I has to be early in the morning, walk alone, breathe deeply. If you cannot go outside for some reason, try waking up erly in the morning, make some coffee and watch the sun rise.
If you cannot make coffee in the morning, have your mum or dad make it at night, and then heat it in the morning. Fresh cofee feels better though.
If you want something more immediate, try closing your eyes and breathing deeply while counting backwards slowly fom 15 to 1.
Hope it helps.

I like a lot of the answers and do a few myself but here is a breathing technique which i think you should try.
Start by laying on your back legs straight. Place your hands one on top of each other, above the nipple line. Focus on that point and try breathing into your lungs only at that spot. Do this three times counting to 3 inhaling and then to 3 exhaling. Move your hands to your diaphragm (the bottom of your ribs) and repeat. Then move to your belly button and do this 6 times and then work your way back up repeating 3 times in each location. (For best results there should be no other part of your chest raising up but the one you are focusing on)
This will do 2 things. 1. it will help your entire body relax and 2. will help with the effectiveness of your breathing day to day
I hope this helps cuz at 11 you shouldn't be too stressed
Best of luck!

There are so many different things I do to relax, snuggle up with a warm blanket and a hot cup of tea and watch a movie, exercise (I know, sounds backwards, but it works, it gives me time to clear my head), meditate, but I think my all time favorite way to unwind at the end of the day is to take a nice HOT bath. I usually sprinkle some epsom salt in the water (which is a natural muscle relaxer) and then I use Burt's Bee Lemon oil. It smells so good and leaves my skin so soft. My advice though, try many different ways to relax, your young so once you find something that works you will have a long time to use it!!

How about a nice bubble bath? Other things could be music that is soft, sitting under a tree and "communing" with nature. Deep breathing can sometimes help calm you down. If you play an instrument, sometimes this helps, or doing a hobby. There are many ways to relax.

11 wow and a lot of things going on. Take and find yourself a prayer closet and dedicate some time to that. Take yourself away from ever thing and think about the things that you want to change and how to make them change.

If you like music, pick up a Kenny G CD or someone else with quiet music that you like. Find a time and place that you can be alone, close your eyes and rest.
OR
Find that quiet place, close your eyes and allow a song you like to replay over and over in your mind. 20 - 30 minutes
Or do this in a warm bath with lavender bath oil, if you have it.
