It's a form of binge eating and yes, if you do it often you can put back on the weight you've lost. It'll better if you deal with the issues that you have with Aunt flo. Sit down and have a honest heart to heart talk with her

I doubt it. Because you eat right and workout, the 1 pound you may gain will easily be shed off. It's ok to treat yourself once in awhile. You don't even have to wait for "aunt flo" to come around once a month, either!

Yes, it's ok to have a treat, but write down what you ate and how much. Forcing yourself to write it down, also means that you have to read it. You may want to add a little extra work out, or put some music on if you want to dance away those calories!

If you work out that much, chances are your metabolism is so high that you will use those calories as energy instead of storing them as fat. Don't worry, a few gummy fish won't make you obese!

All things in moderation...including moderation. Enjoy your favorite food once in awhile... =)

If you are eating healthy 95% of the time you are way ahead of most people! Good on you!

no, you work out and eat sensibly most all of the time. it should be fine. Moderation is the KEY.
