Its not defined as infinite worship from Man, its more defined as undying loyalty and love. Like the kind you get from your children.

He is worshiped by creation and all the inhabitants thereof. What he wants, is relationship. He is sovergin not weak and limited like we are. He is all in all.

Humans are programed to worship, we will worship something. Some people worship themselves their ego their job their spouse. These things do not fill us all the way like he does.

We are the ones with the self esteem issues. Trying to rebuke the one who has all the answers instead of seeking him and admitting that we do not

God's issues are a mirror of the issues of the society and culture that actual wrote the Bible. God, of course, only exists in the minds of those who believe.

In my church we consider God as a "Dad" and not a FATHER... He is someone who cares for you and loves you... Worship is just our way of saying thank you.
God doesn't require it he just wants you to realize where your blessings are coming from.
