i have installed the Opera browser on windows and would like some help please?

and i like it, but i can't figure out how to get a shortcut to a website onto my desktop (well, execpt for going to the desktop, clicking on new, then shortcut, then entering the address and naming the shortcut is there any easier way i have windows version xp.

Go to Bookmarks -> Manage Bookmarks.

Simply drag the bookmark to your desktop.

Done.
