OK she is been deported fine , why don't you ask how is the kid , who is going to take care of him , leave Elvira alone , please , if she was hiding in a church you was talkin about her now that she is been deported , is now when you talk more about her than ever , what you need to do is send some money to the kid he needs it . your opinion?

Wow I'm very impressed with the real faces of Americans showing how much they care about children .it is not his fault he is just a kid and it is our duty to protect the children , no wonder they kill all those children in Waco,TX . remember .

Some people are so full of hate and bitterness that they need to find a scapegoat and take out all their bad feelings and feeling a failure on other people who they don't know. And they either forget that there are innocents or they just don't care about them.
My opinion is that I wish no one would have to worry about their children being safe and take care of if anything happens to them..that must be a terrible thing for a parent to have to go through..

She is a felon criminal and a sorry excuse for a motherl!! Period.
P.S. Sigy Don't worry about the "innocents". The American taxpayers will take care of him. His mother sure isn't. As was said, his caregivers will get a "fat" government check courtesy of US (you included) to take care of him.

Elvira got exactly what she should have got, it took way to long. Why didn't she think of her child before she did what she did. Now you say send money. What a joke, that's what you all think, give us money! If she was any kind of mother her child would be right by her side when she got deported. She's a real phony! She was and is using her child to try and get by with crap.

"They" do not feel as if it's a victory for "them", or a blow for pro-illegals. "They", we are disgusted at this woman. Her deportation means nothing. Who's to say she won't come back again?? She already did it once.
She should be in prison for her crimes, and she's a terrible mother. Nobody claimed a "victory" about anything.
You claim that you don't know who she is, not do you care. So why comment on this question? Most people, knowing nothing about a question, will ignore it. Why comment on a question about which you claim you know NOTHING about, but instead use it as a soapbox against pro-illegals?

You don't see too many American children starving or neglected like some countries now do you "Mex USA"??

Because she is news. Because she refused to be deported. Because she NEVER gave up on her stance...and still hasn't given up. Because she always fought for and is STILL fighting for what she believes....and people dislike her for this. They don't like that... so they're happy... now that she was deported.
I'm not saying that what she did is right. I would never leave my child in another country when I had the opportunity to have him with ME. Yet I agree with you, people do seem to be obsessed with her. And maybe 'people' can include you and myself also.

I agree with you Armygirl
She is a criminal. Were she an American citizen or legal immigrant, she would be sitting in prison right now. She committed a federal crime-a FELONY, for those of you that don't realize (or probably don't want to acknowledge).
BTW people-the term "rug rat" is not an insult. It merely means an infant or toddler. It is even a show on Nickelodeon.
Not a single person said anything bad about the kid.
Every post I read talks badly about the mother .
Naturally tax payers resent the fact that the mother should be taking care of the kid, not us...but nobody holds that against the kid.
I see more racist remarks by the pro-illegals on this post though!! Of course you guys will ignore THAT though, par for the course.
