Unitarian Universalism comes as close as anything I've found.

I think the closes we come today would be a universalist. The closest church would proabably be Unitarian.

There are many people who blend several religions. Some stand under a pagan umbrella - like me - and others come up with their own names.

In large, people who do this are individuals and don't feel the need to find a name for it. :)

Syncretism is the term for combining beliefs and practices. Unitarian Universalism is the closest existing faith to saying every religion is true; relativism is the philosophical term, meaning every point of view is equally valid. Pantheism says everything is god, and god is everything. Take your pick.
