I have a few bottles of Guiness in my fridge, and I've forgotten about them for the last 5 or 6 months. There is no expiration date on them, and I'm too lazy to go to the store, when there is potential tasty beer 20 feet away. Anyone know for sure?...QUICKLY! I'M THIRSTY!

As long as it is sealed, it is fine. Enjoy.

Considering that it took a while to ferment it in Ireland, was shipped over to the USA and sat in some warehouse for goodness knows how long, I'd say 5 or 6 months in YOUR fridge has only mellowed it out a bit more. GO FOR IT!

LOVE your name, by the way. Nearly fell off my chair when I read it out.

Hey, as long as they weren't exposed to heat, don't worry.

Cans of Bud, which is a miserable beer to begin with, would sit in stores for years, and still sell. so don't worry about your Guinness kept in the cold environment.

Expiration dates are a new invention to get stores to recycle their stock and/or convince you to replace your stuff. But really, beer is a fermented producted, so it's a stupid concept when you really think about it, but people go for it anyway.

As long as it didn't freeze, there's nothing wrong with it. Enjoy!
