I totally had the same problem for a while. All muscle, no fat but pure bulk. If you want slender thighs you really need to focus more on your stretching a lot more. Dancers are so slender because (not because they don't eat lol) as they move there bodies in dance it's stretching and strengthening at the same time. i suggest you put more time into your stretching it will relax the muscle more, and look at some dance exercises, they're are some that don't require dancing just some basic movement. the other thing that is going to help make your legs slender and still strong is your basic pilates and yoga. best of luck!

well if its fat then just try to keep more water in your system so you won't eat as much, and you'll start losing the fat from all the running and cheering that you do.

if its muscle, then the only thing i can think of is to try and not eat as much cause then your muscle will lose its mass, but unfortunately it won't just lose mass in your thighs and calves but in your entire body. but its also an unhealthy way of doing things. but if you do decide to do this, make sure you don't go over board with it. just try cutting whatever you eat per day in half and that should start decreasing your muscle mass. also try and stay away from proteins cause that will just build your muscles.

hope i helped!

A lot of ppl appear to suppose that proportions (like huge hips or thunder thighs) are not the first-class for thin denims. Others humans recognise 'anybody' can put on thin denims, without reference to dimension or percentage -->It's curious how those who believe your possess opinion "recognise," however the ones that do not, handiest "appear to suppose".

If you have been athletic for a number of years I would first get your body fat analyzed then determine how much body fat you need to lose to get down to below average levels
