you are the second one to ask that question and this is the second time that I will answer it.. you can park on a parkway and drive on a drive way but you have to know how to do it.. you cannot park on a parkway for a very long period of time and you cannot drive on a drive way very far, but as far as parking on a parkway you have to drive from a drive way to get to the parkway where you can park and you can park even if it is close to a park.. but you have to make sure that you are on a parkway instead of a street.. or avenue.. streets and avenues are different from a park way.. but they do cross one another and run paralell to each other.. on the other hand the drive way is also a parkway but it is classified as a short parkway where you can park for a long length of time.. you can only drive on it when you are not parked.. the same goes for a parkway.. you can only park on it when you are not driving..
