No, but I have a buddy who was in jail (solitary confinement) for the weekend. He said he went nuts because there was no clock and nothing to do for 48 hours. Basically he just paced in the cell and sat around. He didn't even sleep.
I can't imagine what it would be like with a longer term and being stuck with other psycho's. I would guess that Prison is just as horrible as what you hear about and what you see in the movies.

No I haven't been. But the people I've known that have gone to jail do a lot of reading. Three squares, some time out of your cell , shower and bed. Visitors and church service (maybe). That's about all I know.

no i i have a firend that did. he stole from a stole but only cause someone dared him 50 bucks. he only went for two days his court date is in september.
