I started my job 2 months ago and it's A LOT to learn. Sometimes I feel like my coworker/boss gets annoyed that I ask a lot of questions, however, when I don't ask questions and make a minor mistake, they get upset that I didn't ask. At 2 months, is it generally acceptable for new employees to be asking questions? I have a ton to learn and lots of responsibilities.

It's good to ask questions, you will show your interest in the job and you willingness's to learn. It's better to ask then to mess something up for not knowing what to do right? :)

You've probably been expecting this answer: but you just want to learn and if anyone asks YOU why you ask so much, say that.
