i am going to go on a green tea diet for about 1 week and i was just wondering how much weight do you think i would lose?

Hi,

I am a detox specialist and I specialize in helping people lose weight.

Green tea, as many have said, is good for losing weight because it will help your body to stop absorbing fats.

However, how fast you actually lose weight is really dependent on how much food you take or rather how much you DO NOT take and how much green tea and good water you drink.

While green tea is greatly beneficial to our body in many ways, I wouldn't think it will give you very quick results for weight loss.

The easiest and FASTEST way I know to lose weight is to detox.

I myself have lost 33 pounds within 2 mths doing a detox.

My mentor also lost 15 pounds within a week doing the detox ;)

A detox is healthy because it brings balance back to your body and losing weight is just a by product of the detox. So at the end of the detox, you will find yourself get more energetic, healthier, more radiant looking as well.

And the detox is simple. All you need to do is three things.

Number one, follow the detox programme which requires you to change your diet a little bit. Eg, take more vege and less meat and seafoods.

Number two, use 1 minute a day to take some natural health foods that I take to enhance the speed and the effect of the detox.

Number three, drink lots of water to flush the toxins out..

And that's it.

The rest is up to you.

I found an article about researchers whom are putting the green tea diet to test. Half of the group will drink a cup of green tea twice a day, while the others will be given a placebo drink. Those taking part will be aged 18 to 55, healthy, but slightly overweight and will be examined regularly. I thought the article was interesting and this might help you find some answers about the weight loss.

Also, I don't think that just drinking tea will make you loose weight. Proper eating as well as exercise will help increase weight loss.

Green tea is a good choice, but balance is the key. you will gain this weight back in 10 fold.

You may want to focus on your health more so than your weight. You need to know that sugar, junk food, and fast food are not your friends when it come to being fit or healthy(being fit means you will be at your ideal weight). Too much of these thing will lead to a very unhealthy you.

Here are a few suggestions to becoming lean and fit:

your body needs more than one week to adjust to any "dieT" so in a week you can't expect much. it also depends how much you workout, your age, height, weight, what you'll eat, etc....sooo just try it and make that little number be a surprise! :D but on any healthy weight loss "diet" 2-3 pounds a week is healthy. goodluck xoxoxo

allot but you usually don't get the proper amounts of healthy carbs which slows your metabolism and corrupts your body systems
