Yes, but no offense, you need to learn to spell and articulate.

Still, the answer is yes. If you have a college degree, you can apply to OCS in one of the branches of service. OCS is not a guarantee that you will get a commission, it's still pretty competitive, but it's the route those not attending the military schools or the military academys need to take. See your local recruiter for more detailed information.

First of all, there are many colleges that are fully accredited and have online programs, such as the University of Maryland. They do also have on campus programs. As long as you have a BS that is official, you shouldn't have a problem.

As for your "BEST" option...the Army National Guard presents additional options beyond Active Duty and Army Reserve. Many states even have their own Ft. Benning approved OCS programs, which you can attend while you are still working on your degree. That program works in the drilling 11 weekends and 2 full weeks per year. You can talk to a National Guard recruiter about the 09S (OCS Enlistment option) program. If you have any questions, please email me at fireguard06@yahoo.com.

OCS: Officer Candidate School.

You must first apply, and then be accepted. OCS is a VERY competitive program. I have heard of Harvard graduates being turned down from some OCS programs.

Online degrees are not legit...at least for now. Give it 15 years and they will be...but right now, many people don't take them seriously. You would be better off going Reserves, going to a real college, and then when you graduate...go enlisted Active Duty. It would probably take 2 years of applying to OCS to get in (and by then you would do well in OCS due to experience gained in Reserve and Active duty status).

Remember, life is all about building up the resume. And the military LOVES to take on its own kind for OCS, becasue they know you will take it seriously. They are tired of regular civilians pussying out at OCS...

That would probably be the best for you tho: Reserves while in college, then go Active Duty, and apply for OCS while on Active duty status.

It depends if the college is accredited. You would need to find out if that college would be accepted by the military.

Since regulations vary widely between different branches of the service and reserves, you would need to locate the information through the publications available from the branch you are interested in.

The majority of degrees are accepted however, and suggest you speak with a recruiter.

Yes you can but you will still have to go through Basic and make sure that your college is accredited. Not sure which branch you are talking about joining so here goes info on them all:

Are you asking if you can become a military officer through officer candidate school? You mean can an officer candidate graduate that school and become an officer?

depends.. on which Branch, what the degree is in, what the GPA is and whether or not the college is accredited. Not all online schools are.

Good question, I doubt it though. If the Online college is not fully accredited, no way for sure.
