A pet that age should be seen by vet ASAP. If vomit is yellow, your dog needs to eat, if it is clear mucous, was your pet chewing on anything today? If there is a tint of brown or red, parvo can be a possibility. Do you feed you pet human food or bones?

Has she gotten into something she shouldn't have? Really it could be a number of things and you did not give very much info. I would contact a vet office as soon as possible, There should be a 24 hr one in your area, you could call. They will know what questions to ask to determine if it is serious. Hope she is feeling better soon.

Vomiting and a fever are the two first signs of parvo, so it is possible. Puppies can dehydrate very quickly. Please see a vet asap.

No it doesn't mean she has Parvo but something isn't right.

You need to have your vet chaeck her over to rule out anything really bad. It could just be worms too.
