When you start getting tingly down there...I guess. LOL jk.... I think whenever you think youre ready. Dont rush yourself or think that you have to just for your partner.

You'll just know. You'll be with the right person, at the right place at the right time. Just be sure that you love the guy beforehand--and that you've been together for at least, I'd say, 6 months or more. If you know you can handle all the consequences that come with sex (pregnancy, STD's, etc.) then you are ready. Just make sure to use protection. Good luck!
Or you can wait until you are married!

Is your question supposed to be: "How do you know when you are ready for sex?"
If we are talking about the you being you, then I can tell you that you will be ready for sex when you become an adult and you are able to deal with and handle the physical, emotional, and psychological ramifications of being intimate.

We're ready for that after marriage. uhm, after seeing that it's worth it, that the love you both shares endured the time of courting, sweet pleasantries, goin' out, mall trippin', and that really, you reserved each other in a span of time just for each other 'till marriage. 'Cause it proves that you're savin' your purity for the one who is right to take them. That's love. That's it!

when you are emotionally, physically, financially, and mentally prepared for the consequences (i.e. babies, STDs, emotional heartache in the event of a breakup with partner, etc).
