If this is a legal question, ask an attorney in your state, or even the jail personnel. Mentally, emotionally, I'd say give it a little more time. You're at the cusp of adulthood and you'll grow into it.

yea they should let you in. i dont know where you live or if the rules are different their but as long as you have proof of who you are, your age, and your relationship to your boyfriend you should be good. but this can take up to two weeks to clear. good luck!
