When trying to file back taxes without all paperwork, how do i figure which years i didnt file?

You could call the IRS and ask them what years you filed for. Other than that, if you don't have records, there's no real way to know unless when you did file, you used a paid preparer and always the same one - if so, ask them, they might have records.
