Is that why we keep getting answerers regurgitating the same verses from the same old book when it is their OPINIONS that were asked for? Lines from a book are not your personal opinion, and are very seldom used as examples, but as answers. Before anyone even has a chance to start, most of the questioners never asked for your god(s) opinion. It would be understandable if they were used to back up your own thoughts, but that is seldom the case.

Wouldn't it be foolish to offer your opinion on matters regarding the Kingdom of God, eternity, the omnipotent God, the eternal destiny of men's souls, and other such unknowable matters, in lieu of the revelation of One who came down from heaven, performed signs and miracles, fulfilled a plethora of ancient prophecies, and then rose again from the dead, according to His own predictions?

God isn't interested in your opinion. He wants your obedience.

"Therefore having overlooked the times of ignorance, God is now declaring to men that all people everywhere should repent,
because He has fixed a day in which He will judge the world in righteousness through a Man whom He has appointed, having furnished proof to all men by raising Him from the dead."
Acts 17:30-31

P.S. That's just my opinion.

If God has established an eternal principle in His Word, who cares what my personal opinion is. You can have billions of opinions, but still God will carry out His Word.

You should ask the same question of those who regurgitate uneducated, hate mongering propaganda spread by evangelizing "atheists".
