Absolutely, I'm glad I'm going to heaven when I die. I'm glad I have a moral framework to try to cling to I feel it really benefits my life and makes my decisions easier.

yes...I once was committed to my airborne brothers when I served in the Army...but did I "revel" in this? True, we had a bond that few would understand, but when I joined Christ's family...now that is where life really took an exciting turn.
There are two groups of folks in this world...those with committed beliefs and those with no committed beliefs.
And of those with strong beliefs...there are those who "feel" strong about their beliefs, and those who are willing to lay it all down, including dying for their beliefs.
I know what I'm committed to believing, and I know what I'm ready to lay my life down for.

Honestly I don't dwell on it. Spirit is as close as the air I breathe. To stop and revel all day long would leave a lot of stuff undone.

Practising & promoting peace, love, understanding, compassion & tolerance without any imaginary fear of the imaginary god is indeed possibly the only way to go. I revel in that.
