He is not mature enough yet to appreciate having someone who likes him. Give him a few years and he will realize what he is missing.
You need to make lots of friends (both girls and boys) and spend group time enjoying being with each other. Then as you get older and become more interested in each other, you will have plenty of guys wanting to ask you out and eat your cookies.

Stop harping on one guy. Young girls tend to focus on one guy and when he messes up, their heart breaks. Have many guy friends and you will see that one is not worth crying over until you get married(hopefully by then, you will have the skills in a relationship to marry a decent and caring man.) The dating phase in life is simply that: practice. Practice being with the opposite sex; this one particular guy is just the beginning (I hope). You'll meet more and understand that not everyone is "whipped" in shape to your needs. Save that for marriage. In the meantime, have fun being young and meeting all sorts of guys. Spending time on one is boring and stressful.

Sweetheart, it sounds like you are to good for him and besides you are way too young to think about being heartbroken. Take the cookies that you got for him and a nice cold glass of milk, enjoy them and forget about him.

Maybe hes playing hard to get or he just doesnt understand ur feelings towards him...
Try telling him how u feel and if he still acts like a loser, move on...its hard honey, but move on
Your only 11...trust me...there will be PLENTYYY of other guys....lots...
