I'd like to administer these Ace pills to my cats, but one in particular always finds a way to vomit or spit any pills back out. However, I've found that she does well by taking oral liquid medications. My vet gave me the pill version and I'm wondering if diluting in water will "spoil" (decomposition) the effects of it.

No I won't be administering the pill daily, I will be driving 5 hours to our new home this weekend and my cats are terrified of motion in an auto. I have tried sneaking pills inside food, but alas, this one cat always finds the pill. Of course, the previous pills were antibiotics so maybe this sedative has a better, or no taste.

Thank you for your help in this!

You could try and dissolve it in a SMALL amount of water...like 1cc. You would have to crush it and then dissolve it in the small amount of water and then give. The more water you dissolve it in, the more you have to get down the cat. Also, you would need to get it dissolved and into the cat in a timely fashion. I am sure it will be a little gritty, but you can hope most of it dissolves.
