We all go through it. I didn't even realize I had trust issues and other issues left over from my divorce until recently. That was 5 years ago and I still let it affect me in my current life. We have to learn to trust and love freely if we are going to be happy and have successful relationships. Otherwise we are doomed to continuing the cycle of mis-trust and bad relationhips. We jsut have to realize we may get hurt this time too but that we want to be happy and just open up ourselves and our emotions.

Rebuilding trust takes time. I believe it can only be rebuilt by the change in behavior of the one who has offended you. It may involve some changes in oneself. I believe that just saying you're sorry is not enough. You or I have to show our sincerity by our actions and that takes time. T4

Take your time and use your feelers that you were born with. If it doesn't feel right chances are that it isn't going to be right. No relationship should ever bring confusion if it is really "love".
