sweaty palms?!?

embrasssing problem.
how can i stop my palms from being sweatyy?! :0


its an ongoing problem, that happens all the time. any suggestions?!

this is not when i am nervous.
this is all the time. it barely ever stops.
and i am not a stressed out person.

I have the same exact problem- and so does my mother in law. It is more common than you think.;) My hands aren't near as sweaty as they used to be- I am 32 now. BUt I saw a dermatologist about it and he got me to buy Mitchum roll on deoderant and rub it all over my hands- and slip them into clear throw away plastic gloves and sleep with them on all night. It actually worked for about half the day, if I can recall correctly.
But now- they have a name for it called hyperhidrosis, and there is a surgical procedure- minimally-invasive, endoscopic techniques to cure HYPERHIDROSIS (Sometimes misspelled as hyperhydrosis) by using micro incisions that reduce muscle and tissue disruption.

Don't be embarrassed.. I know, I used to be too, but really- no one cares.. Besides I have shook a bunch of sweaty confident hands and I finally realized if I act embarrassed they might interpret the behavior as being nervous or something wimpy.. So I stopped caring. Besides-it is is great- I will never get "dry hands" and I can always pick up a piece of paper easily without having to lick the end of my fingers. :)

wash your hands a lot
use hand sanitizer
and a moisturizing lotion daily
