to-day i ate:
morning: bowl of rice, fruit
lunch:noddles
dinner:noddles
deseret: watermelon

and i didnt excerise but for 5 mins

You didn't eat much nutrition today for sure, and I don't think you had enough calories either, depending upon exactly how much rice and noodles you ate. These sites may be of some help to you. Stay healthy.

Don't know how large any of those servings was, but you need some protein and veggies in there...most of what you ate is carbs and maybe a little fiber. Not well balanced at all.

You have to excersice at least about 20 minutes! But other than that yeah it's good. But try to have more healthier foods too.

uhh.. u didnt eat to much. i think wat you ate was fine (or not enough depending on portion sizes.)
