Sorry, but this word doesn´t exist. Obviously it was invented by someone yesterday. There is so much pure nonsense appearing on the German sites, that I prefer to leave them especially in the evening.

Do you mean "Esoteriker" ? (Esoteric in English) . If so , it is someone with obscure leanings , into obscure knowledge , secret stuff mostly , not very relevant to everyday life .

esoterich = esoteric? could mean secret. tung = heavy or tongue?
achtung = caution; be careful.
Maybe this person likes breaking codes, crytography or maybe they like learning secret languages like the one using "invisible ink"?
