The recipe if from 'Como Agua Para Chocolate' and can be found at the (chef) Rick Bayless extraordinaire, Frontera Grill, which by the way was voted the best overall restaurant in the US 2006 by the Frank Beard, Julia Child and The Restaurant Association of the US! The address escapes me but just Google it!

Tepatulco on Halstad in CHicago
Tepatulco
2558 N. Halsted St.
773-472-7419
Fans of Generoso (a.k.a Geno) Bahena, who suddenly pulled the plug on Chilpancingo and skipped town last year, will be happy to know he's back in Chicago and he's opened –you guessed it – a new restaurant. This time around he's set up shop in Lincoln Park and he's named it Tepatulco (Bahena's hometown in the state of Guerrero).
The regional Mexican menu, which highlights sustainable, artisan and organic ingredients, offers choices like a grilled pork chop in manchmanteles mole sauce with achiote-flavored rice, and garlic-marinated shrimp with chipotle sauce and rustic ribbon pasta, plus faves like vegetarian enchiladas and carne asada. A five-course tasting menu is also offered (with an optional wine pairing).
Hours: Lunch: 11 a.m.-2:30 p.m. daily
Dinner: 5-10 p.m. Sunday-Thursday; 5-11 p.m. Friday-Saturday
